WELCOME

After discussion with Cedarhill Golf Club and looking at the weather forecast for tomorrow, August 12, with 100% chance of thunder showers with tornado warnings we have come to the difficult decision to reschedule the Annual Just For Dogs Golf Tournament to Saturday September 2. This is the only Saturday available from the club and, although on a long weekend, it seems a better choice than a Friday which many people may not be able to make.   We understand that many of you have made special arrangements to make the August 12 date and we apologize for this. However, given the weather forecast the club will not allow us to golf in lightning. All we would be left with is the dinner which, although a wonderful time to socialize, is not the primary focus of the tournament.   We will provide refunds to anyone who is unable to make the September 2 date. Hopefully the weather will be better and there may even be more golfers able to join us on the new date. If you request a refund, please email finance@freedomdogrescue.ca and our finance team will work with you there.   We thank you for your understanding and hope to see you all on September 2.
